Return Policy:
Returns with a Receipt
Within 30 Days: You will receive a full refund in the same tender as the original purchase. After 30 Days: Sorry, no refunds. You will receive a credit note at the item’s current selling price or the original purchase price, whichever is less. Items will be accepted for return only if still stocked in our stores and if not on final clearance (red in-store signs).

Returns without a Receipt
Sorry, no refunds. At our discretion, we may issue a credit note at a value equal to the item’s lowest selling price in the last 90 days. Photo I.D. required.

Seasonal Items
We will accept seasonal items only if returned a minimum of 7 days prior to the event date (Halloween, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, etc.) Summer items (plastic patioware, garden items, outdoor candles, etc.) will be accepted prior to August 15th only. After these dates, seasonal items will be a final sale.

Price Adjustments
If, within 14 days, we reduce the price on an item you’ve purchased, we will issue a credit note for the price difference. No price adjustments on transactions involving special discounts, coupons or seasonal items.
